And the most important of it is the capability of learning. Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid and sustainable development has attracted worldwide’s attention. The governance system of our nation hasn’t the pressure of multi-party competition as some western countries. It also doesn’t have to face challenges from the alternation of power. But the governance system of our nation has a strong ability to study and adapt. The main focus of this paper is "How the governance elite of our country to maintain its capability of study in such a special governance system?" The author discovered that the "Politburo collective study sessions" since2002is a new phenomenon in our country’s political life. It provides author an excellent opportunity to survey the governance system’s ability of study and its adaptability. The author also found that the existing study of the politburo collective study sessions of the CPC rarely use the perspective of study and adaptable ability. Therefore, this paper attempts to research the politburo collective study sessions from the perspective of study and adaptable ability.The main point of this paper is the "Politburo collective study sessions" is both a learning process and a policy process and political process from the perspective of learning ability and adaptability. Of course, there’re some unreasonable operations or arrangements in the study system of our nation’s governance system.
