Corporate Social Responsibility Legal System Research

The theory of corporate social responsibility became asignificant theory of law from the1930s. It a questioned and rethinkagainst the pursuing the maximum profit of the corporation.Legalization of corporate social responsibility is always the hot spotamong the legal scientists. With the development of china’s socialistmarket economy, it is becoming more and more clarified thatcorporate should undertake social responsibility. And it becomes anobjective and unavoidable request that corporate social responsibilityshould be legalized. This paper is beginning with the concept of thecorporate social responsibility, and then makes a deeply research ofthe legalization of corporate social responsibility.The paper consists of introduction and fort parts. Theintroduction introduces the topic origin and significance, the corporateresponsibility legal research, the research ideas, methods andinnovation.The text includes four parts. The first part interprets the conceptof the corporate social responsibility, introduces the debate about itand then puts forward the writer’s view. Then according to the writer’sunderstanding, analyzes the content, methods and forms of thelegalization of corporate social responsibility.The second part firstly introduces the necessary of legalization ofcorporate social responsibility from two aspects, the reality and thesignificance. Then analyzes the possibility of corporate socialresponsibility legalization. It includes view condition, theory conditionand legal condition these three conditions. And then discusses the limitof corporate social responsibility.The third part firstly introduces other main countries, like Americaand Germany, all have the practices in legalization of corporate social responsibility. This present paper introduces in detail the content ofthese practices and summarizes the positive experiences which may beprofited from on our part in establishing the legal system in regard ofcorporate social responsibility. Then the paper introduces our outcomesof legalization of corporate social responsibility and analyzes thedeficiency.The forth part shows the improvement measures from theinternal and external governance aspects.
