Study On Some Legal Issues Of The Corporate Social Responsibility

The corporate social responsibility (CSR) system was first put forwarded by west countries that have been in the spotlight around the world with the development of economic globalization and the improvement of people's sense of democracy.Nowadays CSR system is of practical significance to the economic and social development which can promote the interests of relevant parties involved especially labor interests on the one hand and can facilitate the construction of harmonious society and actualize the social sustainable development on the other.Now the developed countries in the west have attached great importance to the system of CSR that can then be actively used for reference for the benefit of the developing China.The thesis will probe into the CSR system with legalization as the axis and expound its practical value to the current China by means of elaborate introduction and delicate analysis of CSR system. In addition to preface and conclusion, the thesis comprises five chapters.Chapter One: The summarization of CSR system. The chapter will mainly take up the macro introduction and analysis of CSR system from the following four aspects, i.e., the differentiation between CSR and relevant concepts, the background of creation and development of CSR, the theoretical foundation of economics and the justification of establishment of CSR system.Chapter Two: The types of the CSR system and its creation route. The chapter will introduce the manifestation of three international-used CSR systems, attempting to find a path breakthrough.Chapter Three: Related legislative precedents of CSR systems and reference. The chapter mainly elaborates the legislation and relevant practice of CSR system under different cultures and different models of economic development especially west developed countries (USA,Europe,Japan) for the sake of the reference for extraterritorial resources during the construction of CSR system of China. Chapter Four: The situation of the CSR and the analysis of title reasons. The chapter mainly describes the situation of the responsibility flaw and attempting to find the reasons. Then, attempting to find a path breakthrough to help our country's system construction.Chapter Five: Legislative thinking and mode selection of china CSR system. The chapter mostly starts with the clarification of perfecting the legal thinking of CSR system and then makes out the perspective of the construction of the legalization of CSR system.
