A Research Of The Legalization Of The Emergency Response In Group Events

At present, Chinese society is experiencing a significant period of historical transformation. Group events which are resulted from social transformation have an increasing trend and owing to their increasingly widespread influence and destructive power, they have gradually become a thorny problem which impact China’s social stability at the present stage.In the first chapter, the author analyses the status quo of China’s group events and makes a new definition and clarification of group events. The causes of group events are particularly analysed. In the second chapter, the focus is on the emergency management of group events under rule of law. The author puts forward five suggestions on the basis of expounding the existing problems. In the third chapter, the author analyses the dilemma of solving collective disputes through litigation and points out the deficiency of China’s representative action. Suggestions are offered accordingly.
