Based on theory and practice of the method of combing launched by the introduction of main disciplines of network economy, author practice on the base of concrete application of conceptual analysis, comparative analysis, game analysis to study regulating corporate abusing a dominant market position in the network economy in China. The main task of the paper is to put network economics theory into specific practice of regulating corporate abusing a dominant market position in order to improve the specific system of our country in this regard.
