We can see, the distribution of political trust is in descent by levels from the central government to the grass-root government within the political system. Such imbalanced distribution has created notable differences between the central government and the grass-root government concerning the issue of political trust. If the degree of political trust to the grass-root government is very low, it will have negative effects on the stability of the rural society, the political stability, and the political development.The farmers’ political trust is the result of the comprehensive effects of various factors. This article will analysis the effects of the farmers’ political trust from two parts that include rural policies and farmers’ political practices. Together, they affect the political trust of the fanners.In addition to the comprehensive effects of the above various factors, there are other reasons why the high-level government trust is much higher than that of the grassroots government trust. Because of the urban and rural economic structures, farmers have a sense of being abandoned and political trust is lower. Because of the centralized system and the relationship between central and local governments, the central government possesses a high degree of fanners’ political trust. Moreover, as the grass-root government is unable to smoothly perform the policy of the central government, it possesses a lower degree of fanners’ political trust.Because of the above reasons, it’s necessary to promote the degree of farmers’ political trust to the governments especially the grass-root governments. At first, we should guarantee the authority and the control ability of central government. In addition, the political communication between farmers and government should be strengthened, and the political participation of peasants should be promoted. We should promote the concept and standardization construction and improve the overall quality of farmers. At last, we should regulate the local government acts and improve the administrative ability of the government. In a word, the government should protect the fanners’ rights and try to be responsibility government, legal government, and credit government. Based on these, the degree of farmers’ political trust will be promoted.
