The Central Government And Local Government:Analysis Of Farmers’Political Trust Differences

Political trust is the current focus of academic research, particularly the question of Chinese farmers political trust, increasing differentiation in rural social interests, group events occur against the local Government today is striking. According to the general theory of political analysis, grass-roots political trust should be higher than that of the Central Government or the Federal Government, the USA is the special example, Western scholars have conducted an in-depth analysis. But Chinese farmers political trust in the Central Government and local Governments vary, their trust in the Central Government level is higher than local governments in different historical periods, the reason is this article concerning point.This article use the Analysis of Rational Choice Framework for reference, take the interest as the fundamental analysis point, combined with the differences between the Central or local governments and farmers in political communication, analysis the reason why farmers are in favor of trusting the Central Government. This article uses Case Research Method, takes the Y village in Shan Dong province as an example. By in-depth interview, integrated using Qualitative Analysis and Quantitative Analysis Method, get the basic conclusions:Farmers based on the interests of gains and losses to decided which Government should be trusted, the increasing interests will led farmers to trust a level Government, and the damaging interests will weaken the political trust; The Political Communication between Government and farmers will effect farmers political trust tendencies, well communication can shape Government of positive image, Enhancing the farmers political trust, poor communication may increase farmers political distrust.This article including six parts, the first Department is the introduction. The second Department and third Department fourth Department is divided into case expand part.The second Department points recalled the Y village from founding to rural tax reform, in this time, how the political trust changes. Including the General divided for founding to opening, the opening to rural tax reform. The third focus on Y village farmers on Central Government of political trust situation after the rural tax reform. The four part describes Y village farmers on local Government of political trust situation After rural tax reform; The fifth Department is divided into this focus part of this article, interests and political communication are two threads of this article. From the view of Central Government and local Government, The article discusses the reason why farmers turn to trust the Central Government. The Sixth part gets the conclusions.
