Study On The Castro’s Thought Of Party Building

Castro is the leader of the Cuban’s revolution and construction, the Communist Party of Cuba is the strong pillar and leading force of the revolution and socialist construction. Why the Cuban Communist Party can keep itself do not change color, the banner of socialism still stand and full of strong vitality in the difficult international and domestic environment. Needless to say, the construction of the Cuban Communist Party plays an indispensable role. As the leader of the Communist Party of Cuba, Castro has accumulated rich experience of party building in the long-term process of revolution and construction, and he insists on keeping pace with times constantly, finally he forms a thought theory about party building. How could it form? What it contains? What’s the enlightenment it brings to us? In this article those questions will be analyzed.From the structure of the article, I will start from the introduction of Castro’s life, because any kind of thought has a close relation with specific historical background, One of the most important is his experiences.The second part is the key part in this paper, in this part I will analyze Castro’s speeches and reports to find his ideas of party building, and then I will divide them into several categories, such as thought construction, organization construction, moral construction and so on. As a result, we can build a system of Castro’s thought. The second part is very important, it’s the basis of our understanding.The last part is the inspiration brought by Castro’s thought, and this part is the foothold of this paper. The purpose of this analysis is to improve the scientific level of construction of the communist party of China. Thus we form an integrated research framework.
