Network brings about a variety of convenient benefits ofmankind as well as many aspects of economic, political, cultural, legal, ethical, andderives a series of network problems. The network group is a collection of Internet usersin cyberspace, by some way linked to activities in cyberspace with certain purposes.Network events caused by the network group behaviors in contemporary society isincreasing, especially the anomie behaviors of the network groups. Network groupsmisconduct results from the deviation caused by multiple negative factors incyberspace. If favorable guidance is not available, it tends to do enormous harm tocyberspace, and even the real society. The research on misconducts of network groupswill contribute to identify their types, characteristics, generate factors, etc. It would alsobe helpful to analyze the groups misconduct governance principles and elements fromthe government’s perspective, put forward the corresponding mechanism of governanceand reduce network groups misconduct harm to society as well.The research concerns the anomie behavior of the network groups.
