This article from the perspective of current right of Korean in the field of criminal trial in Yanbian area sees what is coming, and search on the question of the security of the use of the minority languages in our national regional autonomy areas and the ways of solving and improving.This article through empirical analysis method and the case analysis method mainly analyses in the current situation the total security system of the right to use minority languages in the minority regions of China in legal sense. Through the discuss on the current situation of minority language use and from the point of criminal trial view, it analyses the specific actual situation of minority language use in ethnic minority areas and construction road of development and reform. Through the cases and the research situation of practical work it discusses the specific application of Korean in dealing cases in all aspects in Yanbian area, so as to benefit the influence of language use on law in yanbian area.From the research method, this article will use comparison, analysis and empirical methods, it hopes to exhibit tall around the actual situation and reform and improvement suggestions of the current situation and security of minority language use system in the process of judgment in Yanbian area.
