Prominent Ethnic Characteristics To Accelerate Economic And Social Development Of Ethnic Autonomous Areas

The system of regional ethnic autonomy is a basic political system. The autonomous areas are the main body to implement regional ethnic autonomy system. On the basis of obeying the national unite law and policy, the autonomous governments have the power to implement the autonomous rights, to formulate the special policies and measures according to the local condition, which can speed up economic and social development of ethnic autonomous areas. Therefore, speeding up economic and social development in ethnic autonomous areas is of great and far-reaching political, economic and social significance.This paper takes Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County as a research case, studying the issue on the economic and social development. In recent years, Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County of high-speed economic development, and the results are notable. Among 120 autonomous counties (banners) of our country, the level of economic development ranks the first place. The complex county strength has always been maintained the 2nd place in Jilin Province County (city). And in 2006, it was listed in the "overall strength of the top 100 small and medium-sized cities." The economic and social development achievements and experiences of Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County, as well as the corresponding problems and countermeasures are of great significance in studying the method of economic and social development of ethnic autonomous areas.The paper researches Qian Gorlos Mongolian Autonomous County how to highlight the ethnic characteristics, starting with a point to an area to study the problems and countermeasures during the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas.
