A Study On The Practice And Experience Of The Communist Party’s Democratic Governance During Yan’an Period

Yan’an Time is one of the important historical times, for Chinese Communist Party achieved brilliant achievements and fruitful results by combining Marxism Theory and the actual conditions of Chinese revolution. Under the guidance of Chinese Communist Party, they implemented extensive democracy to the anti-war class, whom was considered as ruling subject, to achieve the great accomplishment in democratic political establishment and economic development. In this way, not only the success of anti-Japanese War was guaranteed, but a solid material and political foundation wad laid for the National Liberation War.In order to further extend the strength of implementation, protect people’s rights, Chinese Communist Party implemented a series of democratic systems, such as universal, direct and equal voting system, human rights protection, triangular origination, provincial assembly participation. Under the guidance of democratic practice, the democratic enforcement is to adhere to the correct leadership of Chinese Communist Party.
