The first chapter is a summary of aseries of surrogacy questions, including the reason of the rush apparence of surrogacy, thelegislation of surrogacy in the countries of the world, the bone of surrogacy dissension inour country and the resolvement in other countries.The second chapter analyzes the rationality of limited surrogacy and the leqislation ofthe parentage of surrogacy child in some countries and areas.The third chapter puts forward a notion to found limited surrogacy system in ourcountry, including the principle and strict of limited surrogacy, the force adeffect ofsurrogacy agreements, and the improvement of surrogacy legislation in our country.
