Consumption is an eternal theme of human, each person from being born, and even still stood an embryonic process, directly or indirectly, have a close relationship with the consumption, therefore, the consumption is always throughout the life activities. Similarly, the concern on the status and characteristics of contemporary college students Consumer inescapable is included in the scope of the study. To maintain the needs of human society, the need for basic operation in contemporary society, the consumer has evolved from a gradually behavior into the symbolic importance of accounting for a major dominance of universal human mass behavior. This symbol, a symbol of the consumer also has some basic characteristics:First, the consumer shift from the previous value of items to the qualities of the symbolic consumption; Second, this consumption is becoming people distinguish personal identity, status and identity of the reference level of life, and even an absolute reference value; the freedom of human consumption restricted in its ability show the characteristics of manipulation. In fact, the economists said the self-control of this consumer phenomenon has already been changing in the respect of the perspective of culture, psychology, sociology, and philosophy, etc, this consumer phenomenon are as follows: consumers themselves are not independent of consumer control over the loss of basic self-decision-making capacity, not simply self-indulgent behavior and private life areas, but involved in the wave of areas, such as social, cultural, economic background, age stigma and multicultural wave. In other words, consumption is now not only involved of the economy, we should recognize it from a wider range of field and perspective it.College students of salad days in the period of forming values, attitudes, world views will be impacted by gradually a critical stage, a variety of ideas, good or bad habits, advanced right or wrong choices for their own future road. And college students are an integral part of youth groups, their lifestyle will play a subtle role in the demonstration of peer groups. The highlight of consumption of the study was pulled up in such background.Consumer values of contemporary college students was studied mainly from the define of values (for example, the values involved in the consumption area of the concepts and theories of the invisible, non-coercive way to influence the attitude of people toward the world of foreign objects and style, ways and means) of college students in a variety of phenomena, revealing and showing characteristics of the development status of the consumption values of the modern university students.
