Since China’s Reform And Opening Up To Explore Rural Governance

China is a populous country of agriculture, the relationship of rural governance has always been an important part of national development. After reform and opening up, China has entered a period of social transition, as a great social project of rural governance reform, open to progress in rural China, and30years of practical experience shows that this reform is not only promoted the development of grassroots democracy, and on the national political and economic reform and democratic political development have had a profound impact. But not ignore the fact that, in the rural governance reform process, there has been behind the transformation of township government functions, insufficient supply of public goods, rural debt burden is too heavy, low level of farmers’ organizations, a series of questions.
