On The Improvement Of Community Correction System In China

Community Correction, accompanied with a light penalty，probation andexecution socialization concept, is a concrete manifestation of the respect andprotection of human irghts，and it is the direction of the world’s modern penaltydevelopment, with strong vitality. China also has joined the pace of penalties’civilization. In2003，the Community Correction system has been tired in certaincommunities, having made lots of effectiveness, however,compared with thecommunity correction system in the Western which has developed hundreds of years，it is now expeirencing the process of a gradually recognition by the public to agradually participation by them，but it has been in the exploration stage ofdevelopment. The Community Correction System is immigrated from abroad, fromthe pilot to now，and it has been farther improved, while still showed manydeficiencies. The author is to see the prospects for the development of the CommunityCorrection System, and expects to write this paper, providing more theoretical supportfor the tfirther improvement of China’s Community Correction SystemThis article consists of three chapters. The general idea of this paper: The firstchapter expounds the theoretical basis of the Community Correction, laying thegroundwork for the later further discussion of the Community Correction, and thesecond chapter is to discuss the defects existing in China’ Community Correctionssystem. The last chapter elaborates the places of China’s community correction systemneeding to be further improved. In a word, the paper consists of three chapters，whichare in a whole，and linked together in theory as well as system.
