The incentive system is the core content of human resource management, reasonable and effective incentive system can not only effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees, promote employees to work hard to achieve organizational goals, to improve the effectiveness of organizations, and can be in the fierce competition of talents in the age of knowledge economy to attract and retain a number of good quality and competitive staff. Can maximize the mobilization of staff enthusiasm, creativity will directly affect the normal operation of enterprises, therefore, human resources management especially the application of the incentive mechanism, has become the entire enterprise management system is the key module. Law firm as a social service industry, because starts late in our country, and based on the state administrative organs, widespread presence management concepts backward, with government agencies to manage the problem such as mode, a serious lack of incentive mechanism, the brain drain phenomenon is very common, so how to establish an effective incentive system and scientific human resources management system for the current law firm is very important and realistic significance.This article through to the Inner Mongolia Heng Law Firm lawyer’s hierarchy of needs and the current incentive mechanism undertook an analysis, summed up the current incentive system and the reasons for the problems and on this basis to establish a set of targeted incentive mechanism.This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter, this chapter introduces the writing background, significance and research contents; the second chapter is the incentive theory, this chapter introduces the basic theory about incentive mechanism; the third chapter introduced Heng law firm incentive mechanism present situation and the existence question; the fourth chapter is the perfect Inner Mongolia Heng lawyers firm incentive measures, this chapter aims at law firm problem from the system and puts forward some solving schemes. This paper is focused on the analysis of the law firm in incentive system the problems and the causes of the problems, according to the law firm characteristics, construct suitable for law firm incentive system.The research for the law firm incentive system and talent team construction has active sense.
