| It is well known that the effect of human resource to the economy is more important, but how to develop and manage it effectively Many economists had researched it form two sides: theory and demonstration, however they are short of researching thoroughly the special enterprise colony :Hi-tech enterprise. So this article trys to discuss the development and management of Hi-tech enterprise as follows: 1. Analyse the characteristics of Hi-tech enterprise human resource , and from which concluded the three characteristics: high produce , increment of group, high flow 2. As the special enterprise colony, Hi-tech enterprise how to use the way and figure the environment to lead into the human resource. 3. Point out exerting the person positivity and creativity is the key of Hi- tech enterprise exist and development, and also analyses the principles and instruments of prompting. 4. Hi-tech enterprise should construct what culture and use what way to renovate the person knowledge. 5. Research the flow quality of human resource in Hi-tech enterprise, then analyses the need of reasonable flow of Hi-tech enterprise human resource and how to accelerate flow. |
