As a lifeline of economic work and all other works, ideological and political education contains profound human care, which is a pracical activity of person taining, molding, developing and transforming. It aims at promoting huanism and human qualities, and advancing all-round development of human being finally. For a long time, the esence, significance and funcion of ideological and political human care of garden staff are not be taken seriously. This paper describes the theory evidences and realistic appeals of garden staff human care in ideological and political education, explains the connotation of garden staff human care in ideological and political on the background of social transition,try to combine ideological and political with human care, and elaborates the behaviours and consequences of absence of it, meanwhile, pionting at total demand of social transiton, explores realization ways and found a system of human care in ideological and political. There are five chapters in this paper:The first chapter, the introducion contains study background, study objective, value of theory and practice, study ideas and methods on garden staff ideological and political humane care, points out the social transformation relationship with the ideological and political education, influence and challenge.The second chapter, garden staff of Ideological and political education the connotation of humanistic solicitude and the thought origin. First explore the essence of humanistic concern, on several core concepts are analyzed; secondly, from the viewpoint of Philosophy in detail the ideological and political education humanities concern idea in origin, and then to the humanistic care in the ideological and political education in the process of theoretical and practical significance of the analysis.The third chapter, in the social transformation of landscape and humanistic care of Ideological and political education necessity and conditions. This chapter is an important part of this book, and one of innovation point of it as well.
