China implements the policy of reform and opening up in1970s, the social andeconomic have made rapid development, at the same time, there is also a dual system underthe unbalanced economic development between urban and rural areas, large difference ofregional economy, rural economic development lags behind, the farmers’ income is low,agricultural output value and efficiency is relatively low. In order to solve the urban and ruraldual economic system under all kinds of social political and economic contradictions, balanceurban and rural and regional economic development, urbanization construction since the late1990s in China, with the urbanization rate of50%for the first time in2011, the urbanizationconstruction achieve good results. But, in the process of urbanization has also exposed manyproblems, such as: parts of cities blindly, blindly for urban scale, the city empty cityphenomenon such as ghost town; Land-lost farmers into the city after the jobs, their childrento school, health care, housing and other social security difficulties, can’t really safe city.Farmers in the process of urbanization does not support, don’t understand, etc. These factorsaffect the stability of the society to a certain extent, affected the process of urbanization. Ithink, the core of the urbanization is man. Therefore, only strengthen the ideological andpolitical education of farmers, farmers aware of the importance of urbanization, tofundamentally promote the implementation of the urbanization.This article mainly from the importance of implementing urbanization strategy and thenecessity of farmers’ ideological and political education, analyzes the relationship betweenurbanization and farmers’ ideological and political education, aiming at the current situationof rural ideological and political education and the problems existing in the farmers’ politicalthought, strengthening the farmers the ways and methods of ideological and politicaleducation. Concrete consists of five parts of the introduction and four chapters to come.Preface mainly introduces the research status of thesis, research significance andresearch methods. The first chapter mainly defines the meaning of urbanization and farmers’ideological and political education, and analyzes the relationship between urbanization andfarmers’ ideological and political education. The second chapter mainly discusses the processof urbanization influence on farmers’ political thought, based on the basic situation of farmers’ideological and political education, analysis of the advance of urbanization process positiveimpact and negative impact on the farmers’ political thought. The third chapter mainlyanalyzes the ideas of the farmers to produce the problems in the process of urbanization andits reason, thought that the problem mainly for exacerbating land-lost farmers unbalanced state of mind, leading to the city farmer identity crisis, survival pressure of reality and stronginner anxiety. To farmers in the process of urbanization causes of ideological problemssummarized as Chinese traditional ideology, farmer’s cultural level, ideological and politicaleducation system, the working group of ideological and political education and ideologicaland political education quality of six aspects. The fourth chapter mainly puts forwardcountermeasures of farmers’ ideological and political education in the process of urbanization,stressing the need to establish and improve the rural ideological and political educationsystem in the process of urbanization mechanism; To strengthen farmers’ ideological andpolitical education investment, establish and improve farmers education system; Perfectingurbanization policies, strengthen the policy of urbanization and the propaganda of thought,Strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological and political education method, to guidefarmers to change ideas.
