The villagers’ autonomy is a grass-roots democratic system and the basis of democraticand political construction projects. China has more than680million farmers, There is a vastreservoir of social energy in them, so the whole situation in China would not be stable withoutrural stability. Social harmony and stability in rural areas can not be separated from themajority of farmers’“self-management, self-education, self-service”. With the continuousadvance of the socialist market economy, the idea of the farmers had a tremendous impact,diversified trend. Because the quality level of farmers’ cultural and political ideologyknowledge is limited, farmers have a lot of negative issues involved in villager autonomy. Tosolve these problems, we must strengthen the ideological and political education in rural areas.The ideological and political education in rural areas is the lifeblood of the rural economy andother work. Rural ideological and political education in the villagers’ autonomy will help toimprove farmers’ awareness of democratic politics, guide farmers to rational politicalparticipation; to shape the mainstream political culture of the villagers’ autonomy. What arethe drawbacks in the rural ideological and political education in the new period, how torecognize these deficiencies, how to innovate and develop ideological and political educationin rural areas to make it more effective is becoming a major issue in front of the national ruralideological and political workers, this work is not only related to promote traditional farmersto be the role of modern citizens, promote the process of China’s socialist political civilization,but also to the strategic objectives of the construction of a new socialist countryside and theconstruction of a harmonious socialist society.In addition to the first part of the introduction, the main contents of this article includethe following four aspects:The first part is the exposition of the necessity and significance of peasant’s ideologicaland political education. This part demonstrates the need for farmers ’ideological and politicaleducation from the aspects of connotation of autonomy from the villagers, farmersmodernization, grassroots democracy, as well as Mines the great significance of the farmers’ideological and political education in two aspects:peasant’s own political and ideologicalchanges, the shaping of the mainstream political and cultural environment, and interpretation of these two parts respectively have adopted progressive layers.The second part is the current peasant’s political and ideological status quo and its causes.By focusing on the negative status quo of the peasant’s political and ideological analysis,drawn the negative status quo deep-seated causes of the main is that peasant’s ideological andmoral quality is not high, the lack of cultural quality, lack of civic awareness, individual ruralparty members’s misconduct and lack of education and guidance to the peasant, through theexcavation of the underlying factors, found the possibility and importance of farmers’ideological and political education for cracking these problems.The third part is to analyze the outstanding problems of the farmers’ ideological andpolitical education. To analyze the problems of educators, educational content, educationalmethods, comprehensive attributed to defects in farmers’ ideological and political education.The fourth part is to put forward some feasible countermeasures for the outstandingproblems of the farmers’ ideological and political educationThe possible innovation of this article is: through the analysis of farmers’ ideological andcultural status,to discover the potential significance of the ideological and political educationin rural areas,trying to nurture ideological and political education through innovative ruralfarmers’ political ideology and pushed the development of villagers’ autonomy and variousrural career to carriy out smoothly.
