Development is the theme of the contemporary world, also theChinese Communist Party in governing and rejuvenating the top priority.Since the founding of new China, the evolution of the concept ofdevelopment of the Communist Party of China, reflecting the Party’sunderstanding of development issues from the imperfect to thematuring from immature to the maturing process.
