Research On The Evolution And Development Of The Governance Concept Of Communist Party Of China

Governance concept is the general cognition and experimental summation of all governing actions during the long process of ruling party's governing practice. It is rational knowledge and grasp on governance concept, ruling criterion and administrative program and other aspects that ruling party establishes and implements for achieving their ruling essence and ruling essence itself. There is internal regularity during the evolution and development of CPC's governance concept that guiding ideology of keeping pace with the times is the theoretical guide, understanding on regularity of CPC's governing, socialist construction and human social development is the scientific basis, "establishing the party for the public and governing for the people" is the value orientation.This article has prospected the development prospect of CPC's governance concept on the base of hackling development course, generalizing development vein, analyzing development motivation and epurating development law.
