《Criminal Law Amendment (8)》 Foreign public officials, bribery of a public international organization officials" acts defined as criminal. This is an important measure of China’s overseas bribery by criminal legislation. Overseas bribery, especially overseas bribery in recent years has intensified the trend with the development of international economic and trade activities. Many of our companies were involved in overseas bribery scandal. Overseas bribery not only undermined the normal order of market competition, but also undermines the country’s international economic image, with serious social harm. The United Nations Convention against Corruption "clearly defined" foreign public officials, the crime of bribery of a public international organization officials and foreign public officials, public international organization officials accepting bribes. As a party to the Convention, according to the treaty must abide by the principles, we must fulfill its responsibilities in the Foreign Corrupt Practices.In this paper, the start of "foreign public officials, the crime of bribery of a public international organization officials, the status of research on overseas bribery of foreign and international organizations, Foreign Corrupt Practices of action, while the control of the existing criminal law norms, to find the shortcomings of which, includingjurisdiction, constitute a crime, the legal effect of the problems, and control of advanced foreign national legislation and international treaties put forward legislative proposals to improve the offense.
