| The development of economy accelerates city’s expansion and remake, which makes housing demolition and relocation become inevitable. How to balance land resource’s shortage and city’s sustainable development has become an important proposition in our current economic life. The contradiction between the land for city’s development and the resettlement of housing demolition and relocation has become more and more notable. So a series of problems following by appear in the topics our society and academia are focousing on.This paper put the system of Compensation and Resettlement of Houses Demolished and Relocated as the research object,aiming to analyze the housing demolition and relocation system at the angle of legislation and enforcement, attempting to find out some existing problems in the legal system pertaining to the demolition of urban housing, then, put forward a certain number of suggestions on it.The main method of this paper is analysis from literature and history. According the changes of this system, I’ll make deep anatomy about it.The essay includes five parts in all:The introduction mainly discusses some related research methods and the significance of the important system combining some latest problems and the draft regulation on expropriation of houses on state-owned land and compensation.And the first part is a research summary of compensation system,and recommend the current status of the study in domestic and abroad. The second part is a sketch of the system’s history in our country from1990s on, which is aimed at findind some shortages on laws applying and comprehending.And the next part is a Systemic explanation, exploring some utlizing principles and ways on the position of the expropriated.Residual problems is an important part for the forth.Beyond that, I will raise up some feasible suggestions in order to consummate the system of Compensation And Resettlement of Houses Demolished And Relocated.At last, I’ll make a summary and further prospect. |
