Land interests are very important rights of rural women’s. But theland interests of rural women’s, especially married daughters were alwaysinfracted. The appeal of justness and equality from this group wasbecoming more and more intense. It has special practical significance forstudy on the protection of the land interests of rural married daughters.This paper use literature research method, survey method, casestudies to analyses the problem of the land interests of rural marrieddaughters in Hunan Province. In the first part, we introduced the backdropand purpose of this study, and then the research status at home and abroadwas summarized, and lastly we introduced the content, method andtechnique courses of this study. In the second part, we expounded thecorrelative concept of the land interests of rural married daughters, andpointed the necessity of the land interests of rural married daughters. Inthe third part, we analyzed the actuality of the land interests of ruralmarried daughters in Hunan Province, and then we probed into the causeof the infringement of the rights of land interests of rural marrieddaughters in Hunan Province. In the fourth part, we introduced theexperience of other provinces, which inspired us by setting down somepolicy and measure for the land interests of rural married daughters inHunan Province. In the fifth part, from short and long views, we discussedthe strategies of the protection of the land interests of rural marrieddaughters. The short strategies included clearing the rustic stipulation withgender inequality, forcing the establishment of the opinion fromgovernment, and supplying legal remedy. The long strategies includedchanging concept, building up correct gender consciousness, forcing theestablishment of the rule of law, enhancing the construct of system, andadvancing the diathesis of women. In the sixth part, we summed up thefrontal parts, and the new perspective in this question was also proposedfor future attention. The married daughters’ rights disputes resulted fromboth the traditional influence and the inadequate legal remedy, especiallythe flaw in the law system.
