Research On Socialization Of Military Academy’ Logistics Ensurance

Due to the development of modern military, it is urgent to accelerate our militaryquality construction, to improve the quality of education in national defense and tointensify the reform of the construction of military academy. Along with theenhancement of modernization level of the military educational institutions, theinstitution logistics support reform is also imperative. It is urgent that the militaryeducational institutions should break away from old thought patterns and establishmilitary educational institutions’ logistics support socialization strategy, which takesthe comprehensive construction of modern rear service as the goal. But with thechange of international and domestic situations, especially as China’smarket-economy continues to develop, the deep level contradiction and the questionswhich the socialization reform of logistic support meets have become increasinglyprominent. Therefore, how to utilize the related management science and theeconomic theory correctly, not only to learn successful experience from otheruniversity but also to combine with the military academy’ actual condition, pushingforward the socialization of military academy’ logistics ensurance has already becomethe critical duty of the military logistics support construction.This thesis first carries on the theoretical analysis to the military educationalinstitutions’ logistics support socialization, and points out its general character andthe particularity. Based on this, this thesis carries on the analysis on the history andthe present situation of logistics support socialization of the military educationalinstitutions, afterward elaborates with emphasis main problems which existence in themilitary educational institutions’ logistics support socialization, and analyzes thereason. Finally Based on logistics support socialization successful experience of othercolleges and universities, this thesis puts forward proposal about advancingsocialization of military academy＇logistics ensurance from the aspects of scientificoperational mechanism, intensifying supervision, attracting talents as well asrenewing thoughts respectively.This article introduces the chain and the physical distribution socializationmanagement theory into the research of the logistics support socialization of militaryeducational institutions, proposed that the military educational institutions mustincrease the socialized outsourcing dynamics, make full use of the social forces to achieve the support duty and take full advantage of the market resource to build newer,more flexible support system, which has carried on the beneficial exploration and thesuggestion of the adjustment and the transformation of military academy＇logisticsconstruction and logistical support methods.
