In2007, with the promulgation of the law of property, China’s first officiallyestablished the condominium ownership system. Condominium ownership system is animportant piece of real estate ownership in the modern civil law systems,in our country,laws and regulations on condominium ownership system does not sound, under theexisting law of property right in this respect, the regulations are more generic, not a goodsolution to the real condominium ownership occurs in all disputes, but the condominiumownership in all disputes, joint ownership within condominium owneship disputesaccounted for the vast majority.
