In the current reform of special development period, led to the group events belongs to the internal contradiction among the people, makes the people’s life and property significant damage, become the harmonious development of the society unstable factors. Therefore, how to prevent and handle mass incidents during the current and future is a major theoretical and practical problem need to solved. Correct understanding of the mechanism of mass incidents and effective prevention strategies,build a relatively reasonable mass incidents prevention system, effectively to prevent mass incidents scale, and minimize the negative consequences of mass incidents, advantageous to enhance social stability and harmony, and promote the healthy development of our social economy.The author mainly from four parts to discuss the related problems of group events.
