Before The Founding Of The Communist Party Of China Social Security Thought And Practice Research

This article discusses the period before the founding of the People’sRepublic of China, from the founding of the Communist Party of China in1921to the founding of the People’s Republic of China in1949. The main studymethod is to collect and get conclusion from the relevant domestic andinternational historical literature written to discuss the historical facts before thefounding of PRC, and then finish the whole text on the basis of extracting theideas and practices of the Chinese Communist Party during this period in thefield of social security.This article is divided into three parts; the first part is the preamble, whichintroduces the background of the research, the significance of the research andthe status quo of the research in this area. The second part described thebackground of the social security work, guiding policies, institutional settings,and relevant legal documents led by Communist Party of China during the fourperiods of the National Revolution, Agrarian Revolution, the War of ResistanceAgainst Japan and the War of Liberation on the basis of analyzing andsummarizing the different stages of social security characteristics of the work andachievements. The third part is a comprehensive summary of the social securitythinking and practices led by Communist Party of China before the founding ofPRC and several assessments.
