Cooperative Undertakings And Social Changes In The Revolutionary Base Areas Of The Communist Party Of China

The Communist Party of China led the cooperative career in revolutionary bases on the basis of traditional cooperative career.The Communist Party of China innovated in cooperative career,wiped off its exploitation,inherited its cooperation and gave new historical characteristics,especially during the agrarian revolutionary war and the comprehensive anti-Japanese war.The cooperative career of the Communist Party of China had evolution process from operating by government to running by the local people.This process gradually accomplished with the historical development.In 1939,Mao Zedong put forward the slogan that the cooperative career should run by the local people.However,under the influence of dogmatism,many thought the cooperation of southern district in Yan'an country was out of principle.Therefore,it wasn't regarded as model cooperation,which caused serious tendency of operating by government and made the cooperative career was caught in danger.Until 1942,the government of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region put forward the policy that the cooperative career should run by the local people and the government should help it rather than control,which solved the anterior problem.Especially Mao Zedong pointed out the road of the cooperation of southern district in the senior cadres conference of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,which made the cooperation break through dogmatism and formalism and seek benefit for multitude.After the senior cadres conference of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,the cooperative career in bases moved forward,which enhanced multitude's confidence in the cooperative career,thereby providing firm the material foundation of the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War.The cooperative career led by the Communist Party of China made the Chinese countryside changes from economy,politics,culture,and so on.It not only accelerated economic structure's change in countryside,but also adjusted social structure in countryside step by step,and facilitated rural ideology and culture's change.
