Research On The Tourism Development Mechanism And Mode Of Community Participation In Dalian Island

In recent years, the development of island tourism in Da Lian is fast and hasbecome new economic growth point.However, the contradiction, producing incommunities,tourists,developers and the government with the development oftourism,hinders the development of island tourism.Community-based tourism,whichcan deal with the contradiction of environment,society and economy, realizes TourismSustainable Development. The author use theory of Community-based to reach on themode of island tourism in Da Lian.This paper has five parts.The fist part, describing the rearchtion ofCommunity-based at home and abroad and definding the related concept and theory,isthe basis of article.The second part rearches tourism situation in Da Lian and explores the conditionof Community-based tourism in Da Changshan Island and Guang Lu Island. Thebasic problems comprises the lower grade of tourism produce,the seriouseco-environment problem,ect.However,the author finds some problems aboutCommunity-based tourism with SPSS.For example,the lower Community-based leveland unreasonable mode of Community-based.In the third part,the author uses firstly the quantitative analysis method toanalysis the resident’s perception of tourism affect. The study conies up with someconclusions:the perception of tourism affect is strongly.Then, the author analysisesattitude to participate in the development of tourism.In order to ensure Community-based tourism,the author establishs fivemechanism in the forth part,which mainly includes: environmental protectionmechanisms, tourism planning and decision-making mechanisms, the interests of theallocation mechanism, safeguard mechanism,and the assessment mechanism,ect.Under the Community-based mechanism of island tourism,the author concludeswith the mode of community participation in tourism development.The mode of island tourism is that “Government+individual+collective+travel+environmentalgroups+research institutions”and “Government+community organizations+tourism developers)+environmental groups+research institutions”.
