Project Operation Problem Of Nonprofit Public Welfare Analysis

In recent years, with the development of social diversity, the role ofnonprofit organizations is gradually accepted by the community.Projectactivities as an important aspect of the non-profit organization, playing anactive role in reflecting the public interest aspects of the non-profitorganization.Often a non-profit organization development is good or bad,Inaddition to the external and objective environmental impact,Largely dependon the quality of the project shaped and the ability to run theproject.Therefore, this article shows a through analysis of specific publicprojects and the consideration of the social environment and analyzes theapproaches to enhance the public benefit of non-profit organizations from twodimensions of the micro-project management and macro-environment.Thisarticle relies on the public projects as a case which I have personallyparticipated in.Through observation and interviews,I collected a first-handinformation and used to explore the public projects factors that affect thenon-profit organization.At the same time,combined with previousliterature,In this paper,the theory of "voluntary failure" was used to explorethe macroeconomic factors which affecting the public welfare of thenon-profit organization.The innovation of this paper is to uphold the socialworker’s professional philosophy,From the effects of non-profit organization’sservices, through in-depth analysis on specific projects and the environmentalanalysis of voluntary failure’s point to find some way to protect publicwelfare of non-profit organization and improve non-profit organization’sservice quality.
