In pace with the development of reform and opening up and the development ofurbanization, peasant masses give up pouching, pouring into city for life, therefore,problems involve peasant-worker become public’s focus. Then, problems on theireducation become prominent and concerned by the government and the public.This thesis consists of four chapters, and mainly discusses problems of educationof peasant-worker’s children in aspects such as problem generation, development,dilemma and measures, hoping to promote the perfect of education ofpeasant-worker’s children at city.The first chapter theoretically explicates the problems of education ofpeasant-worker’s children at city, including summary of conception ofpeasant-worker’s children at city, and their right to education, and deeply analyzed theconnotation and legal protection of equity of their right to education.The second chapter took multianalysis of problems in enjoyment of right toeducation in equity of peasant-worker’s children at city in terms of householdregistration system, resource of public schools, educational appropriations andschools of peasant-worker’s children, and deeply discussed the reasons for theinequity.The third part analyzed the cases and legal provision of US and Japan oneducation equity, involving American’s “case of Brown”, legal system of educationequity, Japanese system of educational appropriations and system of elementary andmiddle school teachers turnover.The last chapter intergraded the three chapters above, putting forward somerelevant measures of education equity of peasant-worker’s children, including ban ofeducation discrimination, reforming household registration system, promotinglegalization of education voucher, making full use of recourses of public schools andvigorously supporting schools of peasant-worker’s children, hoping to promote theeducation equity of peasant-worker’s children.
