Since the1990s, China’s reform and opening up and the socialist marketeconomy further development, many cities in the massive labor migrationphenomenon. These leave the countryside, into the city to work and live in the city ofspecial groups of farmers, called "migrant workers." According to "2012NationalMigrant Workers Monitoring Survey Report" shows the total migrant workers in thecountry has reached260million people, they inject fresh blood to the city, but alsobring new challenges for society, including migrant children education equity issuesincreasingly prominent.Whether urban children or children of migrant workers are flowers of themotherland, the hope for the future, therefore, both should enjoy the same right toeducation. Marxist′s Education and Equality critique of capitalism in various socialinjustice, inequality, based on the equal right to education and discusses the free andcomprehensive development theory, to provide adequate educational equity theoryprotection for the realization of children of migrant workers.Firstly, the Marxist concept of educational equity theoretical background of the "migrant workers "," children of migrant workers "," fair ","education fair " to definethe basic concepts to explain migrant children realize the importance of educationequity. Secondly, the use of comparative study, a comprehensive analysis ofliterature data analysis methods such as migrant children education equity issues andthe reasons for the current situation that the urban-rural dual structure, the educationalsystem is not sound policy, social widespread discrimination, family environmentcauses poor educational resources unequal distribution of school children of migrantworkers high threshold, complicated procedures, discriminatory teaching processunfairness. Finally, I will combine theory with practical, from the state, government,society, school family four countermeasures and suggestions to solve problems,namely to accelerate the reform of household registration system, improve policiesand regulations; government established a special transfer payment system and education compensation mechanism for vulnerable groups, promotion of educationreel system; community for assistance and care, media publicity and supervision;schools equally, parents pay more attention. Ultimately achieve equitable educationofmigrant children, protect every child can grow up healthy and happy in the city.
