When economy was developing rapidly，most people’s life andincome were improving.But meanwhile，these years vulnerable groupshad a worse livelihood actually. Point of resolving lie in employment，themost important things are structure reform and narrowing the gapbetween the rich and poor.Income disparity expand probably lead to lowincome community seek money by illegal method or express unsatisfyingto current situation by crime form. All people should not deny that oursociety has a deep change from1978，crime rises is also in it.It just ashaving a ponder over for above phenomenon，so I try to bring china’scriminal into crime economics，from economic society perspective，especially income disparity expand angle. Consequently analyzing effectbetween income disparity expand and crime rate increased.This dissertation researches relation between income gap and criminalrate dating from reform and open. Main contents include two sections.Section one introduces detailedly theory about crime and incomeindifferential，and some research results of empirical analysis，laies thefoundation for following. While income gap has an effect on crime，it’salso beginning of the thesis，so it should be presented indeeply. Sectiontwo just is empirical research between income gap and our countrycriminal rate. This part includes income gap has an effect on criminalexistence，forward to propose some feasible policy suggestions to reducecriminal rate. The dissertation uses econometric model to expose bothcorrelation in long time and short time，and explains reason by experience theory，to make a little contribution.
