It was the prominent social problem that farmers left from the villages in the rural ofRepublic of China Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai. It caused widespread concern in society.Research on this issue will not only help to deepen the understanding of the society of theRepublic, but also has an important role in inspiration of similar problems in the society.This article is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the reason why farmers left from the villages. The formation of theproblem of farmers in Gansu, N ingxia and Qinghai regions away from the village, bothclosely related with the social ills of the exorbitant taxes and levies, the violence fromsoldiers and banditries and the natural disasters. Generally speaking, the main problemswere man-made and natural disasters, man-made disaster was greater than naturaldisaster. The phenomenon that farmers in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai regions left from thevillage was no significant relationship between industrialization and urbanization, thedecline of the rural economy is the total background, and the reason why farmers left fromthe villages was mainly due to the force of living. Therefore, where do the farmers go to,their social impact and go on were all related with solving their livelihood problems.The second chapter is the flow of the village farmers. Peasants left were due to theliving force; so the economic benefits were the first and foremost consideration forthem. The city is a center of commerce and industry, it has more employment opportunitiesand attract farmers into the city from the village, but the city’s own capacity is limited,though many farmers into the city work hard, no more job opportunities or ways of earninga living for them, as a result, they have to become bandits, beggars, prostitutes, this is aburden for society, is also the incentive for social unrest.The third chapter is the regulation and control of the farmers far away from thevillage. Farmers left from the villages are a complex social issues problem, it is alsodifficulty to regulate and control of the farmers leave from the villages. To the problem offarmers left from the villages of Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai, this chapter is mainly toshow some of the specific initiatives and implementation effects from peasants from theregulation and control of the community: relief asylum to the victims of immigrants, workhard to ease governance, improved the social production conditions in the Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai Village.The fourth chapter is farmers left from the villages and Gansu, Ningxia andQinghai society. It was the prominent social problem that farmers left from the villages inthe rural of Republic of China Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai. The passive of farmers leftfrom the village was showing temporary and prominent fugitive color. The farmers faraway from the village through their own suffering, caused significant changes of theRepublic of China Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai society: to promote the modernization ofthe city, to promote the change of the rural social, causing the changes in the farmers’ ideas.Of course, farmers leave from the village is a living force; most of them were blinddisorder and the limitation of government, a large number of farmers leave from the villagebring to Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai society a lot of negative impact.
