The right to food as the most basic human rights, adequate standard of living part ofthe right recognized in the World Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Economic,Social and Cultural Rights, the International Convention. The rights of property of theright to food requires States to be respected and protected. Countries neither interventionand restrictions on civil legal access to food through the proper channels, but also activemembers of society the right to food, effective legal remedies. Has the right to foodthrough legal remedies to protect foreign experience. China’s relevant laws in theConstitution and various departments of France, indirectly to protect people’s right to food,but the law does not expressly require the right to food. This makes it the right to foodrelief in the substantive law and procedural law, there are difficulties.On the basis of the definition of the right to food, to further explore the basicproperties of the right to food, and the right to food be clearly defined in a morecomprehensive analysis of the rights of property and rights and obligations the principal ofthe right to food. Pointed out that other people are also the right to food in addition to thecountry, right outside the main obligations. Explore the link between the right to food andsector-specific law in China, the right to food in our country to achieve the outstandingproblems. Thus useful to explore the realization of the right to food in the legislative,judicial, law enforcement. The right to food in some of the practical problems ofsubstantive law and procedural law. Pointed out in the legal aspects of the right to food inour country to achieve a viable path.
