Study On Public Warning System Of Food Safety

Food is the most basic necessities of human existence and life.Its safety concerns the vital interests of the overwhelming majority of the people,and directly affects the healthy and sustainable development of the national economy and social stability.It is the basic guarantee for the long-term stability of our country and society.At the beginning of the founding of our country,it was a very long time to solve the problem of food and clothing.At that time,people would be satisfied as long as they were able to eat enough and wear warm clothes.With the opening of the national market and the frequent transactions in the market,people's material life is becoming richer and richer,and they begin to enter a well-off society.Most people demand not only to eat enough,but also to eat well,eat healthily,and eat safely and safely.But the fact is not satisfactory.With the deepening of reform and fierce competition,many producers and merchants are driving bad money out of good money under the purpose of profit seeking.They create many appalling unsafe food and seriously damage the interests of the masses.In recent years,food safety problems have erupted in our country,and the negative effects of food safety have been worrying.As a new administrative activity,public warning plays an important role in food safety supervision.Confronted with the frequent occurrence of food safety accidents and the limitation of traditional supervision mode,administrative organs can effectively guarantee the public's right to life and health by issuing food safety public warnings in time,and it is beneficial to realize the utility of government decision.Public warnings on food safety are more or less flawed in every aspect of the current operation,such as the unclear legal nature of public warnings,uncertainty of content and conditions when issued,lack of procedural provisions and lack of follow-up remedies.Therefore,this paper takes the food safety public warning system as the research object.On the basis of studying the extraterritorial public warning system,the author thinks that food safety public warning is not a compulsory administrative punishment.When issuing warnings,we should adhere to the principle of proportionality,perfect the procedure before issuing them,and make clear the procedure when issuing them.
