Chinese Communist Party has a fine tradition of paying great importance topublicity work,such as Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the importantthought of Three Represents and the scientific concept of development,whichcontains a great of publicity theory. The18th people’s congress is coming and thestudy has important theoretical and practical significance of party building publicity.Publicity is publicity Research Center, publicity assessment is rational examinethe publicity work to achieve the desired goals. Integrated in foreign countries,publicize the main support in Communication Studies, focus on the theoreticaldiscussion on the promotion and application of empirical analysis; and domestic,thisresearch is mostly concentrated in communication studies with neighboringdisciplines, such as publicity Science and journalism, Communication Studies anda variety of applied science (sociology, psychology) cross-linking.The party building the effect of publicity through the inspection on the90thanniversary of founding the community advocacy work, the combination of socialresearch methods, questionnaires and post-data processing, and rational analysis onthe results achieved by the promotional activities of the founding. On one hand,theassessment of the effect of party building and propaganda work-depth knowledge ofpromotional tools and advocacy skills for the publicity work of great significance; onthe other hand, this is bound to our party better step up publicity efforts to produce apositive and constructive impacts in order to be better publicity to achieve the bestpropaganda purposes.
