The Research Of Spiritual Civilization Construction Of Rural Community In Present China

The rural community is a community of new kind of social life in the construction ofnew countryside and urbanization in recent years; it is also an important carrier of the cityand countryside integration. The changing way of life of people in the rural communityand the maladjustment of the traditional ideas and behaviors to the community life resultsin a lot of problems in the spiritual and cultural life of the rural people. It is both necessaryand urgent to develop the construction of spiritual civilization in rural community.This thesis has adopted the methods of document analysis, case analysis andqualitative analysis to analyze the theory and practice of the construction of spiritualcivilization in rural community and put forward some creative and practical solutions forthe problems the construction of the spiritual civilization in rural community. On the basisof the theory study, from four aspects, this thesis analyzes the problems which theconstruction of the spiritual civilization in rural community are facing with, such as;cultural and moral level is not ideal, the insufficiency of the spiritual civilization of ruralpeople, the low level of the management and service in rural community, the unreasonablemechanism of the construction of the spiritual civilization in rural community. This thesishas taken the Lanshan district of Linyi in Shandong province and Duchang county inJiangxi province for example to analyze the experience and the problems in constructionof the spiritual civilization in rural community. Finally, this thesis has put forward fivesolutions, such as: strengthening scientific and cultural education, ideological and moraleducation, enriching the spiritual and cultural life, promoting the level of management andservice in rural community and creating mechanism in rural community.Developing the construction of the spiritual civilization in rural community is thenecessity of cultivating new farmers and promoting the harmonious development of ruralcommunity. This thesis, on the one hand, enriches the theory of the construction of thespiritual civilization in rural community, on the other hand, it provides some thinking andmethod in the construction of the construction of the spiritual civilization in ruralcommunity in other parts, which has some practical significance for the realization of thegoal of the construction in rural community and accelerating the construction of the new countryside.
