In1988China began to implement the construction project supervision system, which is a major reform of China’s construction sector. With the deepening of the country’s economic reform, construction, project supervision system has become more sophisticated.1997Construction Law of the People’s Republic of China promulgated the Construction Supervision formally established form of law, coupled with the various rules and regulations of the State Council promulgated the administrative rules and regulations and local governments involved in the supervision problem, the supervision system gradually chapter to follow, construction Supervision legal system started to mature. However, due to a shorter development time, coupled with China’s own development environment, legislative problems encountered by the development of the Construction Supervision legal system have become increasingly prominent. This article is discussed on the basis of the basic principle of the Construction Supervision legal system, through the analysis of the legal system for foreign supervision, in-depth analysis of China’s legislative status and existing problems, and proposed a five-point suggestions for improvement to accelerate the promotion of further development of China’s legal system of the Commissioner.The first part is an overview of the construction supervision system. The problems of China’s construction project supervision system were described, and analyze the formation of deep-seated reasons discussed the need to improve the need to clear the improvements in the future development direction of China’s construction project supervision system.The fourth part is on the basis of the problems in the third part of the Construction Supervision in practice-targeted and feasible suggestions for improvement.
