When Lenin reigned in Russia, the majority of the country’s total population is farmer. Whether Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik) can properly handle their relations with farmers, is directly related to whether the party can consolidate its ruling status long time. Lenin, a great proletarian revolutionary teacher, as the first person who put the dictatorship of the proletariat from theory to practice in the history of the international communist movement, success Marxist thinking on the issue of farmers, and, at the same time, form his unique theory, based on his profound understanding of the actual situation of ruling, of how to deal with the relationship of farmers and the ruling party. Lenin believed that if the ruling party want to properly handle the relations with the peasants, to fight the recognition and support of farmers, it must ensure the interests and will of farmers, and make the necessary concessions to farmers; form solid economic alliance with farmers; effectively improve the cultural level and political quality of farmers to enhance their socialist consciousness; strive to improve the work ability and work level of the party members that work in rural, and prevent and treat rigorously the irregularities phenomenon of them. Lenin put forward this idea, not only had great theoretical and historical significance, but also has important instructive correctly for Communist Party of China to handle the relationship with the majority of farmers.
