The Research On Policy Implementation Of Township Government

Township government is the grass level, its’daily work directly with the broad masses of peasants. In the background of building a harmonious socialist society and socialism new countryside, township government’s policy implementation is related to the interest of peasants, and influence the agriculture’s development and countryside’s harmonious and stable. However, due to various factors, the township government’s policy implementation has many problems. The text is tried to analyze the problems from policy implementation’s process, implementing tools, besides, research the reasons, which is tried to provide measures to resolve the problems from multiple participation, implementing subject, implementing mechanism, and implementing resources. It’s meaningful to perfect the township government’s policy implementation.This paper composes the following five components:The first part is introduction, including the topics of this paper, the purpose and significance, literature review, research methods and innovation.The second part introduced Public choice theory, Game theory, Principal-agent Theory and Polycentric Governance theory, as well as the values of these theories in the research of policy implementation.The third part analyzed the problems existing in the township government’s policy implementation and the reasons of these problems.The fourth part introduced the specific measures that improve the township government’s policy implementation in the view of the mass, media and NPO’s involvement, implementing mechanism, executor and financial resource.The fifth part is conclusion.
