Study Of Hu Jintao’s Mass Viewpoint

Since our16th Party, with the profound historical changes in living conditions, national conditions and the our Party situation, the comprehensive building of well-off society, the building of the party itself and government for the people to promote the harmonious development of society, the new central collectivity with General Secretary Hu Jintao as leader succeeds to develop our Party’s viewpoint of the masses and the mass route and has formed the new concept of the masses which "Value the people, For the people, Benefit the people" and abstract out the the main contents of the mass viewpoint of Hu Jintao which has "Three Consciousness" as the ideological basis and the "Three for the People" as the core.This paper fully discusses the theoretical origin and formation of the mass viewpoint of President Hu Jintao and its inheritance and development of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin’s concept of thinking of the mass. It fully discusses the new ideas and new methods of understanding in Hu Jintao’s concept of masses and the innovation in the method of mass which have all together enriched and developed the Marxist theory treasury of mass viewpoint and become the spiritual weapons for the Communists to achieve value objectives and realize governing philosophy and is also the starting point and destination for building a harmonious society. The "Three for the People" thought has constructed the three basic core namely the concept of legal governing, ethics of emotions and the pursuit of value and fully analyzed the maintaining of our Party’s progressiveness education and the improving of long-term mechanism to enhance the Party’s governing capability etc. which laid a solid foundation for the building of harmonious relationship between Party and mass."Three for the People" points out that our leading collectivity should realize the interests of the majority of people, correct the fundamental attitude toward the people and study seriously the new changes of social life and the new features of mass work under the "people oriented" value objective. Establishing the idea of "interests for the people" and implementing thoroughly the scientific concept of development has become the choice in the new era for practicing the concept of Hu Jintao’s viewpoint of mass.
