Thesis On Hu Jintao’s Mass Viewpoint

Reviewing the magnificent development course of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the grand picture of China’s reform, opening up and socialist construction, mass viewpoint is a great instrument of the CPC in making prominent achievements. Especially since the16th CPC Congress, Secretary-general Hu Jintao put forward the mass viewpoint of "Near the people, Love the people and Benefit the people" based on the experience and lessons of the development both domestic and abroad in dealing with the problems gradually occurred in healthcare, education and social security and guiding the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Form the point of view of theory basis, Hu Jintao’s mass viewpoint is a succession and innovation of the mass viewpoint of Marx, Engels and the CPC collective leadership. The major part of this thesis is the main contents of Hu Jintao’s mass viewpoint consisting of four parts——basic principle, times choice, core contents and service tenet. This thesis strives to give an all-dimensional and multi-angle presentation of the whole theory of Hu Jintao’s mass viewpoint. Last but not the least is the current value of Hu Jintao’s mass viewpoint. Hu Jintao’s mass viewpoint, a succession of Marxist mass viewpoint, not only drives the improvement of people’s livelihood, but also points out the direction of constructing a harmonious socialist society and a beautiful China.
