Research On The Problems And Treatment Countermeasures Of Young Criminal Offence

China has undergone great changes since the reform and opening up30years.Comprehensive national strength has been significantly increased, the level of economic hasbeen significantly enhanced, and People’s living standard has been significantly improved.China is steadily building a harmonious society in scientific development concept. However,we must clearly see the shortcomings of reform and opening up behind this prosperoussituation. Social problems and social conflicts have begun to emerge and intensify becausethe imperfect of the social management system, legal system, social security, socialdistribution of wealth, public opinion and urban-rural dual economic structure transformation.The most direct expression is that social security situation has become more critical,especially criminal increasing trend year by year. Criminal offenders are mainly youngpeople that under the age of30, its high proportion of recent years. Young people are thefuture hope of a country, the main force engaged in production activities. We should bemanagement, education, training, good grooming the younger generation, without their goingastray. Thus, it has important theoretical value and practical significance to Research thequestions and countermeasures of criminal offense younger.This paper argues that there are many reasons for youth crime including the combinedeffects of imperfect of the social management system, legal system, and social security, socialdistribution of wealth, social control and family control and urban-rural dual economicstructure transformation, etc. This paper intends to consider many aspects from the abovecombined with the typical case of Zhengcheng with a literature analysis, survey, fieldresearch and other research methods. It analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of the youngcriminal with the perspective of new public management, and accordingly proposes to controland reduce crime measures.
