A Study On The Demand And Supply Of Mental Support For The Old-younger In The City

China is experiencing a rapid aging process.With the rapid development of social economy,people 's material life has been improved.The material life of the urban elderly has been greatly enriched,but their spiritual life problems have not been paid attention to.And in the large group of the elderly,the old-younger account make up more than 60%.Compared with other elderly people,they are more active and have better physical quality,and their spiritual needs are particularly strong.As their spiritual needs can not be met for a long time,the problem of the spiritual needs of the old-younger has developed into a social problem.How to meet their spiritual needs has become a new problem.This article selects the typical representative Hangzhou Caihe Street as the research object from the perspective of the spiritual needs and supply of the oldyounger,supported by Maslow's demand theory,continued socialization theory and social support theory,and new public service theory.The comprehensive questionnaire survey method,field survey method,regression analysis method and other research methods deeply analyze the demand characteristics,demand content and supply status of urban young people,and then put forward some countermeasures to the problems in the current supply system.The study found that the old-younger has the characteristics of better physical fitness,richer material life,better scientific and cultural literacy,less need for careshaped old-age care,and strong demand for spiritual old-age care.The content of spiritual old-age care needs includes emotion,social interaction,education and culture,entertainment activities,and self-realization.The acquisition of spiritual pension comes from the inner heart of the elderly on the one hand,and the external supply from the other.However,the existing supply situation has problems such as insufficient total amount,poor configuration,and multi-factors to inhibit the participation of the old-younger.The study pointed out that factors such as the health status,income status,emotional satisfaction,social interaction satisfaction,education and cultural satisfaction,recreational activity satisfaction,and self-fulfillment satisfaction of the old-younger significantly affect the mental old-age satisfaction of the young people.Education level,etc.will not significantly affect.The fulfillment of these spiritual needs is affected by the frequency of participation of the young people and the supply of the community.The higher the participation frequency and the richer the community supply,the higher the spiritual satisfaction of the elderly,and vice versa.The study proposes that to solve the problem of mental old-age care for the oldyounger,it is necessary to strengthen policy construction to ensure the time and opportunities for participation in spiritual life of the old-younger;to ensure the investment of funds to ensure the sufficient supply;to optimize the way of community allocation and build multi-dimensional and multi-dimensional Coverage at different levels;we must actively introduce private capital to participate in the elder care cause and enhance the vitality of the elder care cause;the community should guide the young people to actively age and provide them with more opportunities to participate,in order to better meet the growing spiritual support of the old-younger demand.
