Research About The Service Quality Of New Rural Cooperative Designated Medical Institutions And The Satisfaction Of Farmers In Hebei Province

New rural cooperative medical service system which started on part of national experiment Site County since2003, will phasing over the basic rural residents by2010. This is the first time in history our government to input a large sum of money to solve the basic medical and health problems. New rural cooperative medical service regular medical institutions’quality of service will directly affect the pare net’s satisfaction and the system’s results. This year, Hebei province will be completed139county hospital, each country will reach a second grade county hospital’s standard, and all the counties, districts will achieve standardization and normalization of demonstration counties’township clinics’standard, the cooperative rate will reach above95%.This paper investigates the service quality of new rural cooperative designated medical institutions and the satisfaction of farmers using a mature customer satisfaction theory and on perspective combined of theory and practice, sets up the new rural cooperative medical service quality-the farmers’perception value-the satisfaction relationship, introduces the perceived value of mediating variables, verifies verify that the new agricultural co-QOS of the designated medical institutions, farmers’ satisfaction and perceived value of the relationship through correlation and regression analysis by means of SPSS statistical software and further to find out which factors will affect the farmers’ satisfaction. This paper also proposes measures to improve the service quality of new rural cooperative designated medical institutions on perspective combined of theory and practice in order to taking more effective role in the new rural cooperative and making the development of new rural cooperative stable.
