Rural Cooperative Bank is a cooperative financial organization that is based on Rural Credit Cooperative, and it is the innovation of rural cooperative financial system. It takes stock cooperative system of property rights which formed Mainly by farmers, residents, individual businesses, corporate entities, shares of rural economic organization. From the theory to the actual form.It arises in the context of rural credit cooperatives reform of property rights.Rural Cooperative Bank as rural financial reform of new things, either in theory or in practice, is a short history in our country.
